Cancellation Policy
The Singing Finch LLC (Krysten Lauren)
Cancellation Policy is as follows:
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Deposits go towards the final cost of the tattoo.
You, the client, are allowed up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled appointment to reschedule the time/date, after that, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to get back on the schedule. Deposits are non-transferable between clients.
If you need to reschedule, deposits are only held for the max of 3 months (90 days).
Your design will be ready at the time of your appointment. Minor changes are allowed at that time, but major changes or complete re-draws will result in a reschedule of appointment, and the deposit is forfeited.
Please be on time. If you are more than 15 mins late to your appointment, it is considered a no show and your deposit is forfeited. Please refrain from showing up more than 5 minutes to your appointment.
In the case of a no show/cancellation after the 72 hour allowed time, you forfeit the deposit and are unable to rebook in the future. There is a 20% cancellation/no show fee after the 72 hour period allowed.
